NHS Mental Health Triage Team - Call 111

This service is available for all children and adults that live in Hampshire, Southampton, Portsmouth and the Isle of Wight. The specialist mental health triage team are a group of mental health professionals who help and support people’s mental health when they need it. The team are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and can be accessed by either calling 111 or using the online 111 service

Mind are a national charity who provide advice and support to empower anyone experiencing a mental health problem.

Kooth is an online mental wellbeing community offering free, safe and anonymous support. You can find helpful articles, personal experiences and tips from both young people and the Kooth team. You'll also find a daily journal where you can track your feelings and reflect on how you're doing.
