We are incredibly proud of our students Lily-Mae in Year 7 and Kieran in Year 8 who were live on BBC Radio Berkshire this morning, alongside Mrs McLaren, talking about their ideas to help those affected by the conflict in Ukraine.

Lily-Mae and Kieran are asking fellow students if they can donate items from a suggested list, which will be collated at a central point in Basingstoke and then sent to Ukraine. The items they are asking for are: clothing such as shirts, trousers, hats, scarves, jumpers, hoodies and coats, small toys such as dolls, Lego or anything suitable for children aged 2-5, and toiletries including toothpaste, toothbrushes, mouthwash, shampoo, conditioner and baby products. They are also collecting blankets.

Please can students bring any donations to the Pastoral Hub tomorrow morning. If parents wish to donate items, please being them to Reception. Thank you, and well done Lily-Mae and Kieran. If you would like to listen back to the radio interview, it was broadcast at 11:55 this morning.
