Grade B – Casual £12.85 per hour (plus 12.07% holiday pay)

Hours: Variable during opening hours. Evenings 4.45-10.15pm & weekends 8.15am-4.45pm

We are pleased to announce a leisure assistant position in Tadley, presenting an excellent opportunity for an administrative professional to join our team.

As a Leisure Assistant, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service, motivating members, and ensuring a premier gym experience.

What We’re Looking For:

Addressing membership inquiries through phone, email, and in-person interactions while maintaining a high standard of member experience and providing accurate information to prospective members.

Demonstrating friendliness, approachability, and a passion for assisting others.

Building and nurturing positive relationships with current members to enhance retention and referral business.

Acting as the first point of contact for any member inquiries.

Possessing knowledge of gym standards, safety protocols, and fostering a clean, supportive environment.

Essential Requirements:
